The Small Stage welcomes you to its website. We are now inviting friends and neighbors to send us their e-mail addresses so that we may keep you informed about upcoming performances and other musical events. See the bottom of this page to subscribe to news from The Small Stage.  

A Summer Jam Session is scheduled for Saturday, July 12, 2008! . Jam sessions are fun, informal events where local guest artists display their musical talents. Come as a performer

or as a listener. These are family events, so feel free to bring the kids (aged six and

over please). Events will begin a 7:00 p.m. Please use the Reservations Page (above) to

let us know you are coming.

October 27, 2007

The Small Stage hosted a local band, Epic Melody, for a recording session. This was their second recording session in as many years at The Small Stage. An enthusiastic audience of friends and relatives cheered them on. The band, a jazz/R&B fusion group, has made great progress during the past year and everyone who has heard the resulting CD is quite impressed. A picture of the group appears in the Gallery section. Guest musician, Allen Grundy, sat in for two numbers on the trumpet and congas and wowed the crowd with his superb musical skills.

We are presently in contact with a number of outstanding performing artists for possible concert dates later in the year. Our plan is to expand the mailing list in the coming weeks and months to help ensure a full turnout for these performances. We look forward to hosting you at these events.
